What about data protection (GDPR)?
We only process your customers’ data on your behalf and sign a data processing agreement with you (Art. 28 GDPR). Credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256) in a vault.
Can I just text my customers?
The system only writes to people who called you, wrote to you or are your customers. Anyone who replies “STOP” never gets another message. It does not send marketing texts to strangers.
I already have business software.
Keep it if you like. The system handles what happens before: calls, requests, follow-ups, reviews. You can keep invoicing in your accounting tool.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Calls you do not answer are forwarded to your new system number, which texts the caller. Your customers keep dialling your usual number.
