Questions
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Calls you don’t pick up are forwarded to your new system number, which texts the caller back. Your customers keep calling the number they know.
Is texting my customers legal?
The system only texts people who called you, wrote to you or are your customers, and it honors “STOP” automatically. Your number is registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC) so your texts are delivered.
