Who we are

What we collect

When you start a system, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, trade and state, and then the setup details you choose to give us. We use them to build and run your system and to contact you about your account. Passwords and API keys go into an encrypted vault (AES-256).

Our outreach uses business information that companies publish themselves (business name, public business email and phone). Every email and text we send says who we are, and you can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to a text, or use the link in an email); once you do, we never write again.

Service providers

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Twilio (texts and calls), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI receptionist), Google Analytics (site statistics). We do not sell personal information.

Your customers’ data

Data your business processes with the system (your customers, requests, invoices) belongs to you. We process it only on your behalf, and export or delete it on request.
