Systems for landscapers
Between mid-April and the end of May, a landscaper gets most of a year’s requests in six weeks. While you are on a paving job, lawn, hedge and garden calls pile up. The system catches them.
Spring does not leave time to call back
Every missed call gets a text asking for the type of work and the address. Small maintenance requests are sorted, big design projects are flagged. You choose where to go estimate instead of chasing every number.
Seasonal maintenance contracts
Mowing, pruning and fertilizing sell as seasonal contracts. At the thaw, the weather campaign writes to past customers before a neighbour slips them a flyer. During heat waves it can also offer watering or lawn repair.
Word of mouth, street by street
A beautiful yard is visible from the street. The referral program gives each customer a link to share with neighbours, and tracks the reward until the first job.
I work in the same trade as you
I run a home-service business on Montréal’s South Shore. Same customers, same territory, same Saturdays when the phone rings at the wrong time. Every system I sell, I built for myself first.
