Pricing questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Essential has no contract and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Growth has a 3-month minimum, the time ads need to prove themselves, then one month’s notice on both sides.
What do I keep if I leave?
Your Google profile and customer data are always yours, in your own accounts. The website becomes yours after 12 months with us: we hand over the files and the domain. Before 12 months, it stops with the service.
What is the difference between Essential and Growth?
Essential is the complete system that runs on its own: missed-call text back, quote follow-up, review requests, CRM, website. Growth adds what takes human time every month: the AI receptionist, Google and Facebook ad management, your Google profile and town pages. The ad budget is separate and yours.
Do you guarantee results?
No promised numbers: a figure promised before seeing your real numbers would be invented. On Essential, if the first month is not right for you, it is refunded within 30 days. On Growth, if at 30 days your Google profile is not complete and every missed call does not get its text, the next month is on me.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST or provincial sales tax.
