What it is
A missed-call text back system automatically texts anyone whose call went unanswered, seconds after they hang up. The text asks what they need and offers a time. The customer stays with you instead of calling the next business on Google.
How it works
- 1Your current number stays the same. We only connect what happens when nobody answers.
- 2When a call ends unanswered, a text goes out to the caller in your business name.
- 3Two or three short questions written for your trade qualify the request: what, where, when.
- 4The request reaches you as a complete file: number, need, address. You call back someone who is expecting you.
